A native of Orange County, California, Ms. Sebring has many influences responsible for the person and professional she is today. Coming from three generations of school teachers has given her a passion for learning, a strong internal focus, insight for relationship building and effective organizational skills (not to mention her love of proofreading using a red pen!).
Becky’s creativity began at an early age and her interest in advertising led her to a natural choice of college majors, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Cal State University, Long Beach.
After working through college in the retail and hospitality industries, Becky got hands-on experience in the advertising world, learning the ropes in a few boutique ad agencies, then a few years later began her career in the real estate industry at Century 21 Real Estate Corporation in Irvine, CA where she managed a $40 million national advertising budget for one of the biggest brands in the industry, and yes, even wore a gold coat on occasion. She was soon promoted to Director of Marketing for the Western U.S. where she retooled the regional marketing plans to help elevate sales efforts by generating more brand impressions, and targeting new niche markets including the first Hispanic marketing program for the company.
Ms. Sebring answered the call of her entrepreneurial spirit to help launch a real estate technology company as their Marketing Director and later with HomeLink Services, she managed dozens of successful real estate broker technology account implementations.
In 2003, Becky went to work for First American, a leader in the title insurance and settlement services industry, headquartered in Orange County. She helped launch a brand new division that acquired technology solutions, and applied her leadership and account management experience to develop their transaction management department and manage new client relationships. Within two years she moved into National Accounts where she developed new business opportunities with large national real estate organizations, and was eventually promoted to Vice President. In this role Ms. Sebring was able to combine her skills in marketing with her passion for customer service that resulted in a number of long-term client relationships and increased revenue and market share for First American.
With Realty Executives International, Becky was chosen to create and manage their technology implementation process for a new transaction management system, establish and manage a customer care department, supervise a team of top-notch account managers and create new training programs to help brokers and real estate agents adopt the new technology. She later went on to apply her marketing, account management and business development experience to support the launch of a new real estate broker network for RealtyTrac.
As a consultant with JML Real Estate Services, LLC, she applied her talent for strategic marketing and client development success to assist companies and non-profit organizations on their path to growth and community outreach.
Currently, Becky is the Marketing Director for Title Resource Group in Irvine, a national title insurance and escrow company, owned by Realogy. Her marketing team supports over 60 sales reps and 6 brands in the west alone, and as part of the corporate marketing team, they help lead efforts in branding, digital marketing, social media, and events for the company.
For over 20 years Ms. Sebring has established a track record of success in marketing and account management but is constantly challenged to continue to grow and learn. She excels in building strong productive relationships within her team as well as with her clients and believes that strong ethics, excellent customer service and creative curiosity have been the cornerstone of her success.
